I really need some advice…
Since I’ve started working my new job (3 weeks now) I have lost and regained 3 pounds. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. The first week I was keeping up my exercise and eating properly. Then I upped my calories because I was burning extra at work- I’m a baker and literally on my feet all day. This week I don’t know what to do. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. It might be that I’m not drinking enough water. Or I miscalculated my calories burned. - I’m getting a pedometer after my next paycheck so I know exactly how much I burn at work.
Anyone with any, and I mean ANY advice or kind words would be super welcome and appreciated. I hate feeling out of control and I can’t stand that I may have gained weight.
